Mackintosh would continually monitor all sumps, reporting coolant concentrations and sump health to avoid premature dumping.

The customer would receive monthly usage reports on all coolants, lubricants, or cleaners purchased from Mackintosh Tool Co.

Through proper coolant management and product consolidation, Mackintosh would work to reduce customer's overall product consumption

Due to increased tightening of environmental and safety regulations, Mackintosh would introduce the latest technologies in operator/environment safe coolants, solvents, etc.

Mackintosh would audit all lubricants, coolants, cleaners, aerosols, and solvents used on site to ascertain which products might overlap. For example, a customer might purchase three different types of cleaners, while one cleaner might be able to fill all applications. The unnecessary products would be eliminated to reduce inventories and allow the end user less confusion when choosing a cleaner.

To further reduce inventories and confusion, Mackintosh would consolidate product use within just a few brands. Brand consolidation allows the customer better pricing and easier access to technical and lab support.

Mackintosh Tool Co would coordinate all technical support and laboratory reports. Mackintosh would schedule visits from factory representatives, take samples, arrange their lab analysis, send reports back to the customer, and maintain a binder of all lab reports and MSDS sheets.

For all products sold through Mackintosh Tool Co., a binder of all MSDS sheets will be maintained on-site, and at Mackintosh Tool Co. offices.
